- The town or area where the installation is located
- Any information the user chooses to provide voluntarily in the message field (for example, pool dimensions or project details)

- Respond to requests for information and quotations received through the website.
- Manage the commercial relationship with customers, distributors and installers.
- Send communications related to the service requested.
